Blogging is not just simply building up a site and the rest goes with your preference and own convictions. How do you define blogs that has a massive number of visitors? Why others have weak traffics and the tendency of snub is high?Audience plays the vital role in blogging. As much as possible, we design and organized our blog to make it right good and pleasant in the eyes of readers. But unfortunately some overdid the word designing and somehow blog without any orientation of what really she/he is up to.

As i have mention earlier, audience is essential to identify the impact of your blog. Their preference is our goal this time. Obviously, they love visiting a blog that caught their interests and entertain them. Knowing that there are pool of internet users nowadays. It’s not just teenagers who will use to read what you have written. You must be able to post relevant contents and let your user be the master of your web page.

1. User-Friendly. A great Blog doesn’t tend visitors to click the [x] mark or holding ALT + F4 in keyboard just because your Blog loads too slow. Your Blog should not have couple of Media or Images (Youtube, Imeem) embed in your blog post that could make readers browsers slower. Remember that there are still Dial-up users.

2. Browser Compatiblity. Browsing Statistics says that Firefox has become popular, but still Internet Explorer is the common browser. Some scripts are compatible in IE but not in FF, and some are compatible in FF but not in IE. When choosing scripts, make good use of those that are highly compatible to both IE and FF.

3. Content. Text languages in typing is now ranging the minds of young generation. TyPinG LyK disH is quite not good in the eyes. Text languages are very popular. Let us bring back the capacity of formal writing in good manner.

The Filipino Today: Invaluable Piece of Encouragement

The hostage fiasco that was happened last August 23,2010 trembled every Filipinos around the globe. Some can’t hide their anguish towards their own motherland. They acted like disgracing their fellowmen because of their stupidity in dealing with the victims as well as the abductor on the said catastrophe.

What is really the role were now on in this crisis we are facing right now? Did you really consider yourself foreigner just now because of one life turning event? Abandonment is probably not a good idea. Not even the right time to get our shoes on and walk our own separate ways.

Fortunately, i can still find brave people who stand barefooted trying to raise back the downed heads of Filipino men. In his note in facebook, he hearteningly describe what and who really Filipino are. He even humbly asked for forgiveness from HK and other parts of the world on behalf of his country. Such an inspiring and noble man indeed. I am pleased to share to you this excerpt from his original note:

What we see and hear of the Filipino today is not all that there is aboutthe Filipino. I believe that the Filipino is higher and greater than all these that we see and hear about the Filipino. God has beautiful story forus as a people. And the story that we see today is but a fleeting portion of that beautiful story that is yet to fully unfold before the eyes of our world.

So let’s rise as one people. Let’s pick up the pieces. Let’s ask for understanding and forgiveness for our failure. Let us also ask for space and time to correct our mistakes, so we can improve our system.

To all of you my fellow Filipinos, let’s keep on building the Filipin ogreat and respectable in the eyes of our world – one story, two stories, three stories at a time – by your story, by my story, by your child’s story, by your story of excellence at work, by another Filipino’s honesty in dealing with others, by another Pinoy’s example of extreme sacrifice,by the faith in God we Filipinos are known for.

Every Filipino, wherever he or she maybe in the world today, is part of the solution. Each one of us is part of the answer. Every one of us is part of the hope we seek for our country. The Filipino will not become a world-class citizen unless we are able to build a world-class homeland in our Philippines.

We are a beautiful people. Let no one in the world take that beauty away from you. Let no one in the world take away that beauty away from any ofyour children! We just have to learn – very soon – to build a beautiful country for ourselves, with an honest and competent government in our midst.

Mga kababayan, after reading this, I ask you to do two things.

First, defend and protect the Filipino whenever you can, especially among your children. Fight all this negativity about the Filipino that is circulating in many parts of the world. Let us not allow this singleincident define who the Filipino is, and who we are as a people. And second, demand for good leadership and good government from our leaders. Question both their actions and inaction; expose the follies of their policies and decisions. The only way we can perfect our system is by engaging it. The only way we can solve our problem, is by facing it, head on.

We are all builders of the beauty and greatness of the Filipino. We are the architects of our nation’s success.

To all the people of HK and China, especially the relatives of thevictims, my family and I deeply mourn with the loss of your loved ones. Every life is precious. My family and I humbly ask for your understanding and forgiveness.

5 Great Moves to Improve your Life

Do you wish to be a more efficient worker, better husband, dedicated son, healthier, more richer etc. Maybe some of you have already started your steps towards development. But for some who have just waiting little stars to come down – it’s a wish that never acted on.

Some might starting to abide several strategy with hopes that it’ll be the right way but in the long run they feel like they have chosen the wrong way. Others might tend to give up their goal and give up on trying. Because of this, i have found some good piece of advice that can be applied universally:

1. Take it slowly but the result is surely worthy

Perhaps the definition of a certain word or any other term can surprisingly be found by means internet. No books is needed and can browse it infinitely. That’s how fast and quick the information flows through the new era but definitely not on personal development.

Transforming your self into something which your not used to must be a thorough and step by step procedure. There are no ways for you to take the shortcuts or else some piece of your development might be compromised. Things are not meant for a sudden transformation. It probably takes longer time for the new one to be very riped.

2. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear

“When the student is ready, the teacher will appear” is a known proverb from Chinese. An analogy that can be somehow true to personal development. Things won’t work for your if your not ready to embrace it.

Phrases like “I can’t”, “Next time” and “I’m sorry” are some indicators that your not fully prepared to take a change. It’s does not need to either a forceful act. Becoming more economical on shoppings won’t succeed if you still aching for shoes displayed there and pants hanged up there.

Acceptance and readiness is indeed vital for a change to come in.

3. Build upon each success

How we treat challenges in our life? Successfully overcoming it does make you feel better? Each success indeed contribute to another challenge.

As we all know, life is roller coaster ride. We tend to pass or encounter several obstacles that affects our lives. But we also know that after conquering challenges is a great step of development. Saying like you learned to wake up early in the morning already gives you a success on your goal and another one must be set to level it to a higher step.

4. Continual process of learning

You may have heard of Tony Robbins, David Allen and other personal development gurus. Sure they may seem to have their lives in order. One would also assume they apply productivity techniques and positive thinking on a constant basis.

However, they have spent years upon years of self reflection and perpetual learning to achieve their goals. Even so, they are continually learning, perfecting their techniques and improving their mental states all the time.

Do not expect to go from zero to hero in an instant. Take each challenge as a lesson, then build upon each lesson to constantly refine who you are, what you do and how you do it.

5. Don’t be discouraged with setbacks

When things go well, you feel happy. However, the flip side of this is when things don’t go well, you feel sad. The reality is you cannot win all the time. There will be occasions in which you just cannot accomplish a goal. Perhaps, you are too tired because of your work commitments. Perhaps, you are distracted by other things like planning a wedding. Perhaps, you are feeling down and cannot summon the motivation.

Whatever the reasons may be, do not be discouraged with setbacks. The most important thing to keep in mind is telling yourself you will try harder next time. So you’ve missed a morning by not rising early. Big deal, just try harder the next morning. Setbacks are ok, but continual setbacks are not. Do what you can to ensure you do not get trapped in a negative pattern or repeated setbacks.

Celebrate your victories whenever you can. I have found this to be one of the strongest techniques you can apply to maintain motivation. You are working hard for a reason. It is just human nature that we do difficult things only for a reason. So take moments even during the day to observe and enjoy the results of your hard work and use this as a platform to newer and more ambitious goals.
